The room was filled with thick silence, and one could clearly hear the rhythm of our heartsbeat. Lara was sobbing like a child whose mother just passed on.

2 DAYS AGO...

The sensual aura of the movie Lara was fixed on headed to more intense scenes. As the lead character, Theresa blushed as Remi teased her with:

... "I was so engrossed in the movie 🎬 that I didn't know when my hands got underway, moving around my body. I felt so sexually aroused and.. and. I did it again, I did it again Gbemi! I masturbated!! I feel so useless, I've failed God!!"😭😭 ( Lara explained to her friend Gbemi)

Gbemi moved towards Lara🧎 who was bent over, held her hands 👏👭, picked her up, wiped off her tears , and said:

"GOD?!! Are you mocking me or something?😒 I just finished swimming 🏊‍♀ in the ocean of immorality and you are asking me to come before the presence of a holy God?" (Lara retorted releasing her hand from Gbemi's hold.)

"You may have just swum out of immortality, it's time to drown in the blood of the Lamb " (Gbemi said, walking towards a portrait in her room.)

While growing up👶, I broke a plate 🍽️( Gbemi chuckled) my mother's favorite plate 🍽️, I cried😭 from that moment until my mother👵 got back, I even refused to eat my food🍜(Gbemi smiled🙂)
My elder sister tried all she could to convince me that it was just a mistake but I refused to be consoled. By the time my mother got back, I was weak and feeble. Her heart went out to me immediately,  I was such a pitiful sight to behold; Just like you are right now, and she couldn't resist my genuine brokenness.
If my mother could be moved by what she saw, how much more our heavenly Father who sees the depth of your heart, and how miserable you feel. Check Psalms 51:17

"Aaahh, I'm so sorry🙏 Lord, I feel so terrible😢terrible, it was a mistake..."

Like I was saying; "I promised myself never to make the 'mistake' of breaking a plate. Why?"

The first thing I did was to apologize🙏 to my mum, I couldn't afford to run away from home🏚️, cos I would be exposing myself to more dangers 💣.

"From our pastors, ministers, c'mon we have matured Christians in church whom you can be accountable to... Even me, your friend. but the challenge is *i am your friend and you are familiar with me* get accountable to someone you **respect** whom you believe has the **Spirit of wisdom and counsel** and have been **consistent in character**"...

"Yeah, Mrs. Bakare..."(She said gradually)

"Thank 🙏you Gbemi, I feel edified".

"You should be a counselor you know" (she said smiling😆. By now you could see the dried lines of tears on her face)

"Preach it, sister😅!.." (Gbemi joked.)
